Can My Customer Contact CoastIPC for Support?
It is common that CoastIPC built computers are integrated into larger projects created for end users. Our service and technical support follows the equipment, so if you “resold” the computer and leave a project, the warranty is intact and available to your customer.
If your customer contacts CoastIPC for support, we first locate the product record by serial number. We will attempt to contact the original purchasing parties in your organization to inform you the customer needs help, to ensure you the first position opportunity to service your customer. If we do not have a response in a short amount of time, we will assist the customer directly.
It may be clear you do not want CoastIPC to speak to the customer at any level or you may elect to participate in the support and service efforts provided by CoastIPC. We encourage you to maintain contact with both parties while allowing CoastIPC to direct the technical response.
