Can My Customer Contact CoastIPC for Support?
Yes, your customer who has taken possession and use of the goods you may have purchased and imbedded in your device can seek assistance directly from CoastIPC technicians.
CoastIPC must first have your approval to service your customer. You may deny contact, participate, monitor, or ignore the communications.
Please be aware, and be sure your customer is aware, that our support is limited to the goods we sell. There are too many types of add-in hardware and software that may be causing a problem for us to know all possibilities. We will troubleshoot and participate in analysis and repair as far beyond our hardware package sold as we can.
