Anytime! CoastIPC support is ready to assist you with the proper operation of your equipment purchased from CoastIPC. We can also support Neousys and Advantech equipment that is out of warranty. We will first attempt to solve the problem over the phone. The next level of assistance requires you to send your product to our shop in Hingham, MA. Find more information about the service here.

Call our Service line anytime. Our technicians all live locally, and the staff is on site from 8:30 to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If we do not answer, a tech might be wrist deep building your next order and we will call back. Email is also a great way to reach service.
