  • 6x Gigabit Ethernet ports (by I219 and I210 controllers), with ports 3-6 offering optional IEEE 802.3at PoE+ (100 W total power budget)
  • 4x USB 3.1 Gen2 (10 Gbps) ports and 4x USB 3.1 Gen1 (5 Gbps) ports
  • 1x VGA (1920x1200), 1x DVI-D (1920x1200), and 1x DisplayPort (up to 4096x2304)

What are the power input requirements?

The Nuvo-7168GC accepts 8-35V DC input through a 3-pin pluggable terminal block. There is also a separate 3-pin pluggable terminal block for remote control and PWR LED output.

What is the operating temperature range?

Operating temperature depends on CPU configuration and GPU installation:

  • With a 35W CPU and RTX A2000: -25°C to 60°C
  • With a 65W CPU and RTX A2000, configured in 35W TDP mode: -25°C to 60°C
  • With a 65W CPU and RTX A2000, configured in 65W TDP mode: -25°C to 50°C

Storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C, humidity 10%-90% non-condensing. Note: for i7-9700E and i7-8700 running at 65W mode, the highest operating temperature is limited to 50°C and thermal throttling may occur under sustained full load; CPU power can be configured in BIOS for higher operating temperature. A wide-temperature HDD or SSD is required for sub-zero operation.

The system meets CE/FCC Class A EMC standards per EN 55032 and EN 55035. It is also rated for MIL-STD-810G vibration (Method 514.6, Category 4) and shock (Method 516.6, Procedure I, Table 516.6-II) under operating conditions.

Yes. It has an M.2 2242 B key socket with dual front-accessible SIM sockets, supporting dual SIM mode with a selected M.2 LTE module. There is also a full-size mini PCI Express socket with an internal SIM socket (mux with mSATA) for additional wireless expansion.

The Nuvo-7168GC supports the NVIDIA RTX A2000 GPU (delivering 8 TFLOPS FP32 compute) via a PCIe x16 Gen3 slot with 16-lane PCIe signal routed through the Cassette module. It supports Intel 9th/8th-Gen Core hexa-core LGA1151 CPUs (35W/65W TDP), including i7-9700E/i7-9700TE/i7-8700/i7-8700T, i5-9500E/i5-9500TE/i5-8500/i5-8500T, and i3-9100E/i3-9100TE/i3-8100/i3-8100T, on the Intel Q370 platform controller hub.

The Nuvo-7168GC measures 240 mm (W) x 225 mm (D) x 111 mm (H) and weighs 4.5 kg. It uses a wall-mount mounting bracket. A patented damping bracket assembly is also available as an optional accessory for this and related Nuvo GC-series models.
