We do more than sell computers. We are a total-solutions partner, offering a full range of design, configuration, and deployment services to save our clients time and money. When you order a system from CoastIPC, it is ready to go right out of the box!
Needs Analysis
At CoastIPC, our staff of knowledgeable product engineers are more than happy to assist you in selecting the right solution for your unique requirement. We’ll listen to you first, make sure we understand your application and your goals and then suggest the right solutions(s) for you.
Ready to Go
When you open the box, a CoastIPC built computer is ready to go with your specifications. Operating systems, drivers, and BIOS are all updated and tested at no charge. No need for you to spend time loading an image either. We will load your custom image from our encrypted server or your provided media at no charge. CoastIPC products can be made ready to deploy from factory to field.
Custom Integration
In keeping with our philosophy of having our computers ready to go, out of the box, we are happy to install any 3rd party cards you may need or 3rd party software your application requires. Usually at no charge. We’ll install the appropriate drivers and perform functional testing before we ship the unit to you. If you would like to discuss custom test procedures, we’re happy to discuss that. When you buy a computer from CoastIPC, we assign a proprietary part number to your configuration. You can order again using that part number and we won’t divulge your configuration to 3rd parties without your consent.
Communication
Stock isn’t always available when you are planning your project or placing your order. Our close relationship with suppliers will provide you with the best estimates of when your products can be built and shipped. Our sales staff and planner/buyers share information seamlessly to keep you informed and can address special requests to best meet your goals.
Technical Support
Our experience and resources run deep. If your products are not performing as expected our staff will work with you to get to the root of the issue. Our system to escalate unique challenges to the manufacturer could put your case in direct contact with the designers and engineers behind your product. Our service department will handle your request from beginning to end, regardless of where you purchased your product. Learn more about technical support here.
Documentation
We keep track of all the components and all the serial numbers in every build. If your order is 1 or 100, each piece carries unique identifiers that will track your warrantees, help you quickly repeat a custom build, or add your company part number for your convenience. We are ready to help with other documents as needed, such as RoHS, REACH, CMRT, and others on request.
