How-to Guides
- Identify the desired iDoor module (e.g. PCM-26D2CA-AE for CANBus, PCM-27D24DI-AE for isolated digital I/O, or PCM-24S2WF-AE for Wi-Fi/BT).
- Note that the TPC-1251T-EHKE HDD and iDoor extension kit is required to install iDoor modules on the TPC-1051WP.
- Install the iDoor module into the full-size mini PCIe expansion slot via the extension kit.
- Confirm the added connectors or wireless capability are available after installation, as described for the specific module (e.g. DB9, DB37, or RJ45 connectors).
- Prepare a panel cutout measuring 274.6 x 193.8 mm (10.81 x 7.62 in).
- Position the TPC-1051WP into the cutout, aligning the mounting holes.
- Use the mounting hardware to secure the unit against the panel, engaging the IP66-rated front bezel seal.
- Alternatively, use the optional VESA mount kit, or desktop/wall mounting options, as supported by the unit.
- Confirm the power source supplies 24 V DC ± 20%.
- If using the optional TPC-1000H-ADKE power supply (63W, DC 24V/2.62A), connect it to the unit's power receptor.
- Use the appropriate regional power cable (US, EU, UK, or China/Australia plug) with the power adapter.
