Warranty Policy

CoastIPC products are warranted against manufacturer defects and are built to perform in accordance with the specifications identified in the applicable product designation and data sheets for the stated warranty term. CoastIPC assembles and tests each system in accordance with customer requirements and/or applicable industry standards and warrants the hardware components for a specified period.

During the warranty period, CoastIPC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective equipment, subject to product availability. If a component or system is no longer available, CoastIPC may issue a prorated refund on a case-by-case basis.

This warranty applies solely to hardware and does not cover operating systems, software, or any software-related performance, compatibility, or interoperability with hardware.
