The ACP-2010 provides one external 5.25" drive bay and three 3.5" drive bays (one external, two internal). It does not include the hot-swap SATA trays found on the ACP-2320 variant.
Hot-swap bays are listed for the ACP-2320 variant, which has two external hot-swap bays compatible with 3.5" or 2.5" devices. The ACP-2010 specification table does not list hot-swap bays.
The chassis supports a single 250W or 350W power supply. Two ordering SKUs are available: ACP-2010MB-25D with a 250W 80 Plus Bronze ATX power supply (PS8-250FATX-BB), and ACP-2010MB-35D with a 350W 80 Plus Gold ATX power supply (PS8-350FATX-GB).
The front panel includes two USB 2.0 ports and one PS/2 port. LED indicators cover power, HDD activity, temperature, and fan status, along with a system reset button and an alarm reset button.
The chassis operates from 0 to 40°C (32 to 104°F) and can be stored non-operating from -20 to 60°C (-4 to 140°F). Humidity is rated at 10~85% at 40°C (operating, non-condensing) and 10~95% at 40°C (non-operating, non-condensing). It is also rated for 1 Grms vibration (5~500 Hz) operating, 2 G non-operating, and 10 G shock (11 ms duration, half sine wave).
The chassis measures 482 x 88 x 480 mm (19" x 3.46" x 18.9", W x H x D) and weighs 10.7 kg (23.5 lb) or 11.7 kg (25.7 lb) depending on configuration.
Various riser card options are available to support up to three full-size PCI or PCIe cards for expansion. A low-profile rear I/O bracket option is also available for low-profile add-on cards.
The chassis has two 8 cm PWM system fans (47 CFM each), plus for the ACP-2320 an additional 6 cm PWM fan (28 CFM) for the SATA storage unit. It includes reusable and washable air filters, and fan speed can be controlled by the chassis thermal sensor or CPU temperature. A Smart Fan feature is available with selected Advantech motherboards/CPU cards.
The chassis includes a built-in Intelligent System Module that enables CPU/system fan speed and CPU/system temperature monitoring. This monitoring function is only enabled with Advantech AIMB-78X and PCE-51XX/71XX mainboards.
