The AIR-150 accepts a 12-24V DC input through a 2-pin Phoenix terminal connector. Power draw is typically 17.9W at OS idle, with a maximum of 45.81W under full load. It supports both ATX and AT power modes (ATX is default, selectable via jumper CN22).
The AIR-150 operates from -20°C to 60°C (with 0.7 m/s airflow) and can be stored from -40°C to 85°C. It is rated for 95% relative humidity at 40°C (non-condensing). Certifications include CE/FCC Class B, Heavy Industry EMC standards 61000-6-4 and 61000-6-2, CCC, BSMI, UL, and CB.
The system uses Dual Channel DDR5 5200 MHz SO-DIMM memory with a maximum capacity of 64GB across two slots. For storage, it supports 1x Slim SATA and 1x M.2 M-key 2280 module (SATA or PCIe x4 Gen4 NVMe).
The AIR-150 provides three M.2 expansion slots:
- M-Key 2280 for NVMe/SATA storage
- E-Key 2230 for Wi-Fi (PCIe x1, USB 2.0)
- B-Key 3042/3052 with Nano SIM support (PCIe x1, USB 3.2), which by default is bundled with the Hailo AI acceleration module (up to 26 TOPS)
It also includes an onboard TPM 2.0 module (SLB9670XQ2.0).
The AIR-150 supports Microsoft Windows 10/Windows 11 IoT (64-bit) and Ubuntu 22.04 Desktop (64-bit). Pre-installed embedded OS options are also available: Windows 10 IoT 64-bit with WISE-DeviceOn, and Ubuntu Desktop 22.04 LTS 64-bit.
The AIR-150 supports wall mounting (included by default with two wings on the bottom cover) and optional DIN-rail mounting. Dimensions are 156 x 112 x 60 mm and weight is 1.3 kg.
The AIR-150 reserves an M.2 E-Key 2230 slot for Wi-Fi and four antenna sockets (labeled ANT) for wireless/LTE antennas. The BIOS also includes WWAN configuration options to enable 4G (7360/7560 Intel) or 5G (M80 MediaTek) modems via the M.2 WWAN device slot.
The two SKUs differ only in CPU: the AIR-150-S44A1 uses an Intel Core i5-1345UE, while the AIR-150-S24A1 uses an Intel Core i3-1315UE. All other specifications, including memory, storage, I/O, and expansion, are the same across both models.
How-to Guides
- Loosen the 7 screws affixing the bottom cover and remove it.
- Install the M.2 E-Key 2230 module using a round head screw.
- Install the M.2 M-Key 2280 module using a round head screw.
- Loosen the 4 screws affixing the top cover and remove it.
- If using only one memory slot, insert the module into socket NO.2 without a thermal pad (socket NO.1 is not recommended for single-module use).
- If using both slots, use two thermal pads: attach the larger pad to the back of the first memory module (near the motherboard face) and plug it into socket NO.1.
- Attach the smaller thermal pad to the remaining memory module and install it into the remaining slot.
- Loosen the 7 screws affixing the bottom cover and remove it.
- Fasten the Slim SATA drive to the bottom cover using 4 screws.
- Insert the SATA cable into the motherboard.
- The AIR-150 supports wall mounting by default using the two wings on the bottom cover.
- Use the 4 existing flat-head screws already attached on the side cover to secure the unit to the wall.
- Confirm the optional DIN-rail mounting kit is available (not included by default).
- Use 7x 19300086506 flat-head screws (the same screws used for wall mounting) to attach the DIN-rail bracket; 3 of these screws are included in the accessory bag.
