How-to Guides

Wire the DC power input and chassis ground
  1. Ensure installation is performed by a skilled person.
  2. Use copper conductors only for the DC-In connector.
  3. Choose an appropriate wire diameter; the terminal block is suitable for 14 AWG wire with a torque value of 7 in-lbf.
  4. Connect the green-yellow Earth-Ground cable (16 AWG) from the chassis ground to the other protective bonding point.
  5. Confirm the DC source is rated 9-36V and meets SELV or ES1 output requirements before connecting power.
Install an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD
  1. Power off the system and disconnect all power sources before opening the enclosure.
  2. Locate the M.2 2280 slot, which supports a PCIe x4 NVMe storage device.
  3. Insert the M.2 2280 SSD into the slot and secure it per the mounting hardware provided.
Install a Micro SD card
  1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the MIC-733.
  2. Insert the Micro SD card into the slot for use as a storage device.
Set the AT/ATX power mode jumper
  1. Locate the PSON1 jumper on the MIC-733.
  2. Set pins 1-2 for AT mode.
  3. Set pins 2-3 for ATX mode.
Mount the MIC-733-AO using the bracket kit
  1. Take the mounting kit out of the accessory box.
  2. Secure the brackets using the 4 provided screws (P/N: 1930007259-01 M4x4L).
  3. Install the system on a table surface using the mounted brackets.
