What is the operating temperature range and what certifications does the Nuvo-10109GC meet?

With a 35W CPU and NVIDIA 600W GPU, the system operates from -25°C to 60°C. With a 65W CPU and 600W GPU, it operates from -25°C to 60°C with the optional fan kit, or -25°C to 50°C without the fan kit. A wide temperature HDD or SSD is required for sub-zero operation, and the fan kit is recommended for 65W CPUs above 50°C ambient.

Storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C, humidity tolerance is 10% to 90% non-condensing. The system meets MIL-STD-810H Method 514.8 Category 4 vibration (with damping bracket) and Method 516.8 Procedure I shock, and CE/FCC Class A EMC compliance per EN 55032 & EN 55035.

What storage and memory options are available?

The Nuvo-10109GC supports up to 128GB ECC/non-ECC DDR5 4800 SDRAM using up to 2x 64GB SODIMM modules with the Intel R680E chipset.

For storage, it offers one front-accessible, hot-swappable 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD tray, plus an optional M.2 2280 M key socket (PCIe Gen4 x4) or an optional front-accessible M.2 2280 M key tray (PCIe Gen4 x4) for NVMe SSDs.

What GPU can the Nuvo-10109GC support?

The system supports a single 600W GPU via a PCIe x16 slot running at Gen4, 16-lane signal, with a slot width of 70 mm. A dedicated PCIe GPU-locking bracket is included for the RTX Pro 6000 and selected GPU cards, along with a GPU bracket kit accessory for further support (contact Neousys for details on compatible cards).

What expansion slots does the Nuvo-10109GC provide beyond the GPU slot?

In addition to the PCIe x16 GPU slot, the system provides three PCIe x8 slots running at Gen3 x4 signal for add-on cards, two full-size mini PCI Express sockets with internal SIM sockets, and one M.2 2242/3042 B key socket with an internal SIM socket.

What are the dimensions, weight, and mounting options for the Nuvo-10109GC?

The system measures 224 mm (W) x 400 mm (D) x 196 mm (H), without the damping bracket, and weighs 7.1 kg. It is designed for wall-mounting with damping brackets.

What CPUs are compatible with the Nuvo-10109GC?

The system supports Intel 14th, 13th, and 12th-Gen Core processors in the LGA1700 socket, with 35W or 65W TDP options, including models ranging from Celeron G6900E/G6900TE up to Core i9-14900/i9-14900T. How-to Guides

Wire the DC power input
  1. Locate the 3-pin pluggable terminal block on the rear I/O panel, labeled for 9V to 32V DC input and ignition GND.
  2. Connect a DC power source within the 9V to 32V range to the terminal block.
  3. If using ignition power control, wire the ignition input according to the terminal block labeling.
Mount the Nuvo-10109GC on a wall
  1. Attach the damping brackets to the chassis as provided for wall-mount installation.
  2. Secure the unit to the wall using the damping bracket mounting points.
  3. Note that overall dimensions are 224 mm (W) x 400 mm (D) x 196 mm (H) without the damping bracket, and the unit weighs 7.1 kg.
Install a 2.5" SATA drive
  1. Locate the front-accessible, hot-swappable HDD tray on the front panel.
  2. Remove the tray from the chassis.
  3. Install a 2.5" HDD or SSD into the tray.
