The Nuvo-11160GC is CoastIPC's latest rugged, wide-temperature edge AI platform built on the Intel Core Ultra 200S series processor with support for NVIDIA RTX GPU cards up to 150W. With high-performance density and comprehensive I/O connectivity, it is ideal for demanding edge AI applications across both fixed and mobile deployments in indoor and outdoor environments, such as AI-driven vision inspection, video analysis, and autonomous mobile robots.
Designed for demanding real-world applications, the Nuvo-11160GC simplifies connecting sensors and control devices through extensive I/O. Its compact form factor enables deployment in space-constrained environments. For stationary use cases such as vision-based robotic guidance, AI-driven vision inspection, and video analysis, it offers 8x USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and 6x Gigabit Ethernet ports for multi-camera setups, 4-channel isolated digital input and 4-channel isolated digital output for factory automation integration, and an optional 10GbE port for high-bandwidth communication. For greater I/O and functionality, the patented MezIO interface enables flexible expansion: the MezIO-U4 adds 4 additional USB 3.1 ports, the MezIO-G4 adds 4 additional Gigabit Ethernet ports, and the MezIO-D330 adds 16-channel DIO.
For more demanding mobile robot applications such as AMRs and outdoor delivery robots, the optional built-in PoE+ capability simplifies GigE camera deployment, while mini PCIe slots support 4G/5G module expansion for remote operation. A proven thermal design, featuring the patented segregated cassette with an upgraded GPU cooling fan, ensures reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -25°C to 60°C, making it well-suited for outdoor environments. On the power-efficiency side, the Intel Core Ultra 200S delivers 1.2 times the CPU performance while consuming only 80% of the power of the previous generation, enabling longer battery life for mobile robotics.
By integrating the latest Intel Core Ultra 200S platform with support for up to 150W Blackwell GPU, a rugged wide-temperature design, and flexible I/O expansion within a compact footprint, the Nuvo-11160GC is an ideal edge AI platform for both stationary and mobile applications.
