Operations / Sales Support

As a member of the Sales Team, you will have contact with our varied customers and the process team to support the sale from inception through service. Internal collaboration will include Sales, Tech Support, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Finance, and Shipping.
As a part of the CoastIPC sales team, you not only get to work with today’s most innovative companies, but you will also learn about the business process and how to use and manage our ERP and CRM systems. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the timely management of leads to Account Executives and quickly respond to customer requests during and after the sale
- Master the CRM Software and drive its effectiveness
- Consult and coordinate technical product requirements with our Purchasing and Production Teams, maintaining communication from sale to shipment to service
- Support CoastIPC as a custom builder with specialty expertise by watching the technical edge through various channels
- Generate weekly reports for Sales and Production mangers
- Coordinate with Purchasing to monitor inventory counts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with prior sales/service experience; or technical acumen and experience with computing and the markets we serve
- Preferred minimum 3 years experience with seasoned professionals also encouraged
- Order processing and/or experience with Bills of Material
- The ability to shift priorities and quickly refocus on immediate tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain knowledge within our process
- An upbeat attitude with an understanding that every day is filled with challenges and opportunity
