The PPC-415W has 2 x SODIMM slots supporting DDR5-4800 memory, up to 32GB per slot. For storage, it includes 1 x 2.5" SATA bay (max 7mm height) and 1 x M.2 2242/2280 M-Key slot for storage only, supporting SATA or NVMe PCIe x4, with SATA RAID support.
The PPC-415W supports Microsoft Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 IoT LTSC, and Linux.
The PPC-415W supports VESA 100 x 100 mm or 75 x 75 mm mounting, as well as panel mounting. When mounting, use M4 screws with a maximum depth of 8 mm and suitable mounting apparatus. Optional accessories include a wall mount kit (PPC-174T-WL-MTE), a stand (PPC-STAND-A1E), and a VESA arm (PPC-ARM-A03).
The PPC-415W has 1 x M.2 2230 E-Key slot for a wireless card. An optional wireless module (PPC-WLAN-D2) is available, providing Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 with 2T2R antenna support.
The PPC-415W includes 1 x PCIe x4 expansion slot as standard, with an optional PCI slot available via a PCIe x1 to PCI riser card (989KB01001E). The maximum supported riser card dimension is 192 x 107 mm.

How-to Guides
- Remove the rear cover screws and open the rear cover, then remove the reinforcement plate (see the memory card installation procedure).
- For a 22x80mm M.2 card, insert it into the correct main board slot and secure it with the M3x5L screw provided in the accessory box.
- For a 22x42mm M.2 card, add the copper cylinder screw provided, insert the card into the slot, and secure it with the M2.5x3L screw.
- Add the thermal pad for the M.2 card.
- Replace the reinforcement plate and rear cover.
- Remove the rear cover screws and open the rear cover, then remove the reinforcement plate.
- Using four screws from the accessory box, attach the SSD bracket and SSD onto the reinforcement plate.
- Replace the SSD bracket and reinforcement plate, and use screws to affix them in place.
- Connect the SSD cable to the main board.
- Remove the rear cover and VESA mount plate.
- Affix the wireless LAN card to the bracket using the screws provided with the Wi-Fi module (PPC-WLAN-D2).
- Insert the wireless LAN card into the appropriate main board slot.
- Connect the wireless LAN card cables to the antenna holder, noting the correct orientation of the cable end and nut/washer.
- Secure the assembled antenna holder to the top of the panel PC and connect the cables to the wireless LAN card.
- Replace the VESA mount plate, remove the two plugs at the top of the rear cover for the antenna connectors, replace the rear cover, and attach the antennas to the two antenna connectors at the top of the panel.
- Enter BIOS setup by pressing Delete during boot.
- Select NCT6126D Super IO Configuration in the Advanced tab.
- Select Serial Port 3 Configuration and choose the RS-422 or RS-485 option.
- If COM3 is set to RS-485, enable or disable the RS-485 Auto Flow control option as needed.
- Press F4 to save settings and exit.
- Remove the plastic cover of the grounding screw.
- Connect the grounding cable to the grounding screw.
- Tighten the screw to secure the connection.
- When installed in a cabinet, connect the cabinet to earth/ground, ensure all cabinets are grounded together, connect the power supply ground to the cabinet, and connect the panel PC's ground pin to the cabinet.
