How-to Guides
- Obtain the optional UNO-2000G-DMKAE DIN Rail Kit.
- Follow the DIN-rail mount illustration provided on the datasheet to attach the mounting bracket to the chassis.
- Snap the unit onto the DIN rail using the attached bracket.
- Obtain the optional UNO-2000G-VMKAE VESA Mount Kit.
- Follow the VESA mount illustration provided on the datasheet to attach the VESA bracket to the chassis.
- Secure the unit to the VESA-compatible mounting surface.
- Locate the 3-pin terminal block power connector on the rear I/O panel.
- Connect a 12VDC or 24VDC power source (± 20% tolerance) to the terminal block, observing correct polarity.
- Use the chassis grounding point to connect the unit to earth ground for grounding protection.
- Verify the power source can supply at least 55W to cover maximum power consumption.
- Power down the unit and disconnect power before opening the chassis.
- Locate the single mSATA slot for installing an mSATA SSD, or the drive bay designed for a 2.5" SATA HDD.
- Insert the storage device into the appropriate slot/bay and secure it per the chassis fasteners.
- Reassemble the chassis and reconnect power.
- Power down the unit and disconnect power before opening the chassis.
- Locate the full-size mPCIe expansion slot.
- Insert the desired iDoor module (e.g., WiFi, cellular/GPS, isolated digital I/O, or MRAM module) into the mPCIe slot.
- Secure the module and reassemble the chassis.
- Connect any required external antenna to the antenna connector on the I/O panel, if applicable to the installed module.
