The NEW! UNO-1372G by Advantech features a wide array of I/O and a powerful quad-core processor, all squeezed snuggly into a small form factor chassis. The small form factor coupled with the horsepower of an Intel Atom E3845, built-in 4GB SODIMM, rich I/O and wide DC input (9-36VDC) make this industrial PC one of the most versatile boxes available from Coast Automation, Inc. The UNO-1372G is capable of delivering impressive results in numerous industrial applications, including in-vehicle data collection, remote monitoring of wind, solar and water sites, or even as a thin-client. Mounting options include DIN-rail and wall-mount.
The available I/O interfaces are nearly perfect for almost any application – industrial or otherwise. The UNO-1372G features a total of three RJ45 GigE Ports allowing for maximum networking flexibility. Two RS-232, and RS-422/485 serial ports come standard on the unit, as well as, three USB ports (2 USB 2.0’s / 1 USB 3.0). The momentum this system carries continues with display adapters. The UNO-1372G features one VGA connecter supporting 1920x1200 resolution at 60Hz, and one HDMI connecter supporting up to 1920x1080 resolution also at 60Hz. Lastly, the UNO-1372G also features 4 channel isolated digital input and digital output.
Advantech’s iDoor technology allows for rich I/O expansion. Expansion options range from additional serial or USB ports to Ethernet ports or wifi/Bluetooth modules, as well as a variety of Fieldbus modules : Profibus/Profinet, EtherCat, CANbus, and more. The UNO-1372G displayed in the images is being equipped with a 2-Port Isolated RS-422/485 (DB9) iDoor module.
